Flow Monitor is a collection of static pages about how live Solana data works. It does not ask for your name, your email address or a wallet connection, and it has nothing to sell you directly. That removes most of the reasons a website would collect anything about a visitor.
What this site does not do
- No accounts. There is nothing to register for and no login anywhere on the site.
- No forms. Contact is a published email address, so nothing you type is submitted to or stored by this site.
- No analytics cookies or tracking pixels. The pages set no cookies of their own and embed no tracking scripts.
- No advertising network. There is no ad code, no retargeting, and no audience data shared with anyone.
- No wallet connection. Nothing on this site asks you to connect a wallet, sign a message or approve a transaction. If a page ever appears to, it is not this site.
- No newsletter. There is no list to join and no list to leave.
What happens when you load a page
Like any website, the server that hosts these pages processes ordinary web requests in order to answer them. Standard server logs may record the requested address, the time, a response code, and technical details such as a user agent string. These are the mechanics of serving a page rather than a profile of a visitor, and they are not used to build one.
Pages on this site load a stylesheet and an icon font from a public content delivery network, and web fonts from a font hosting service. Those requests go to third parties and are visible to them, which is a property of using hosted assets rather than a decision to share anything about you. If that matters for your threat model, a content blocker prevents those requests and the site remains readable, if less polished.
Links to other sites
This site links outward in two ways. Editorial links point at protocol documentation and public repositories so a reader can verify a claim at its source. Commercial links point at a third-party volume console, and are marked as opening in a new tab.
Once you follow any of those links you are on somebody else's site, subject to their privacy practices rather than these. This desk does not operate those sites, receives no data back from them about your visit, and cannot answer questions about what they collect. Read their own policies if that matters to you.
Email you send
If you write to the published address, your message and address arrive in an ordinary mailbox. They are used to answer you and to check or improve pages, and for nothing else. Nothing you send is added to a marketing list, because there is no marketing list, and messages are not sold, shared or published without your agreement.
If you send a correction and would like credit for it, say so. The default behaviour is to publish the fix without naming anyone.
Children
This site is technical reference material aimed at people building or operating software. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anybody, including them.
Changes to this page
If this site ever starts doing something it does not do today, such as adding analytics or a form, this page will say so before the change goes live rather than after. Given the shape of the site, no such change is planned.
